| My vehicle needed both a new water pump and alternator. Jenski?s were able to schedule service within a couple of days and had the repairs done in record time. The mechanic came out to the front counter and answered all my questions. Best automotive service in town and within walking distance to work! |

| Not very impressed with the diagnosis, took in vehicle for oil change, engine lite came on the next time it was driven, took it back for computer diagnostic was told it needed a tuneup said ok paid 1000. For that came back home engine lite still coming on, told give it sometime for engine to recognize new parts, was told had exhaust leak take it to muffler place, i did they told me to take it back to Jenski cause exhaust leak was not something they could fix, bolt missing or broken off manifold and that jenskis should have noticed that. Feel work was not thorough and they should have told me of manifold problem. When i took it back for them to reset engine lite and they supposedly did another diagnostic reading was told it didn't show anything wrong , to take it for a long drive and it would clear it self. Not impressed with their service for major repairs and will not be back. |

| I do not relish "knocking" auto shops for mistakes or what I consider to be shoddy workmanship. But in this case I must. Firstly, they did not remedy my "PRIMARY" complaint (submitted with other routine maintenance requests). It required troubleshooting the ECU. They took the first ECU code as "THE" problem, which it is not. I knew this & suggested to them it would not be. Secondly, when replacing a Battery, would a "conscientious" mechanic re-use OBVIOUSLY stripped connection bolts (which left loose connections), or notify the owner that new bolts are necessary, let alone just replace them and charge the appropriate (small) fee to do so? They did offer to re-evaluate the problem...if I had the vehicle "RE-TOWED" to them! Overall cost results and lack of them "listening" to my driving experience told me...not a good idea. |
